This is a great collection of short stories. Beautiful, unique writing. A must-read for fans of Haidji.

The collection seemed to be more based in reality rather than fantasy in comparison to the first collection. But the stories are still very interesting, acting as parables and teaching the reader various lessons about life. The writing is beautiful, as with all of Haidji’s work. My personal favorite was “The Gondola Walker”.

This thought-provoking woke is worth the read.
