| A very entertaining collection of memories and stories.This is a fun read, full of interesting childhood memories. Complete with simple illustrations and photographs, this book gives a glimpse into the early life of a very creative writer.Even when recounting unpleasant events, Dahl truly has a way with words and descriptions which entertain the reader. Well-written and amusing. I recommend to anyone who enjoys Dahl’s work. |
