Good short length with a lot of gory descriptions.Overall, an interesting retelling, although the concept of a vengeful zombie (one who can recall past abuse and plot to dish out violent punishment, exerting a lot of energy in the process) was a bit confusing. It was like taking a semi-intellectual zombies from Warm Bodies and turning her lose on the fairy tale world to right the wrongs against her. While not an idea I can personally get behind, it was intriguing nonetheless.Will probably continue the series since the e-books are cheap (and my interest has been piqued by a glimpse at a book later in the series detailing Cinderella at the ball).
