A cute Bubble Guppies adventure featuring Guppy Girl and Bubble Boy (and some familiar police officers even show up). This is a Step 2 book with short sentences and a simple story. Good for young readers.

I liked the humanization of the villain and that the Bubble Guppies help him in the end. Also, just try reading the term “stink sauce” without laughing. It’s a fun and humorous book.

I was a bit disappointed that Bubble Puppy was featured on the cover, but did not appear at all in the story. Still it was a good story overall.

A nice beginning reader for fans of Bubble Guppies.
