| This book was okay. The pictures are taken directly from the movie so some of them are kind of fuzzy. This is a Level 2 book, but seemed pretty text-heavy. It is surprisingly long and even as an adult I got bored reading it. Not very engaging. It pretty much just goes through the beginning of The Ninjago Movie and sets up the story. It was written from Lloyd’s perspective, but I found the narration pretty dull. Not a fan.
