In this follow-up to the original Chicken Little story, Chicken Little has become a serious scientist helping to establish a colony on the moon. But when her calculations show the oxygen levels are decreasing, she must prove to her shipmates that she isn’t mistaken this time.

An odd little book. The sci-fi twist was fun. Okay writing. It got pretty repetitive after a while and the dialogue wasn’t very engaging. They basically just say vaguely sci-fi things and talk about sensors and scanners.

The ending was definitely weird. The artwork was fine.

At the back, there is a blurb about the original story and its moral, a guide showing some of the differences between the original and this sequel, visual questions about how information is communicated through the artwork, and a glossary of terms.

An okay read. You do have to known the basics of the original story to really understand this one. The space theme was kind of cool and could work as a basic intro to science fiction.
