An adorable adventure across time and space. Lizzie’s first day at her new school is less than stellar. After not making any friends, she packs up some sandwiches and vows to run away back to her old neighborhood. But along the way, she makes an unexpected discovery and learns the value of friends both new and old.
Great for young Doctor Who fans or those just getting into the fandom. You don’t really need much background information to enjoy the story. It’s helpful to vaguely know what a Time Lord and a TARDIS are and there are various references to the lore throughout, but the story can still be easily understood.
The illustrations are fantastic. Fun and colorful. They really brought the story to life.
Sweet messages about making new friends and never forgetting the ones you’ve made along the way. A very fun read.
