This one was okay. Took a quick dive into fantasy, which was unexpected. Based on the cover, I thought there would be more sharks in this one.

Growing up, I was always too scared to read Goosebumps because of the covers. But now that I’ve read a few as an adult, I realize a lot of them aren’t very scary. Lots of false starts and overly dramatic moments.

Much more fantasy and lackluster action than horror in this one. Contains a Q&A with the author and a weird amount of shark facts at the back considering how little sharks come up in the story.

One of the least exiting Goosebumps books I’ve read so far.
