A fun, engaging story of how different vehicles communicate told through rhythm, rhyme, and repetition.
Ibraheem and his cat, Mitu, join Baba on his delivery trip through Pakistan. Along the way, they must navigate the busy streets, communicate with other vehicles, and make sure everyone stays safe while they get to where they’re going.
Nicely told. The rhymes and repetition make it very engaging and a fun book to read together.
Gorgeous illustrations. I absolutely loved the bright colors. Each vehicle also has its own font and text color when communicating, which corresponds to the vehicles’ colors and makes for a fun experience visually. The different colors work well for cueing kids in to what sound is coming next.
Includes an Author’s Note at the end about the inspiration for the book and how vehicles communicate around the world.
Makes for a great read aloud.
