Yes, yes, I was initially drawn to this book at the library because of its similarity to Prince & Knight. I honestly didn’t realize that it was the same author because it looks so different. It isn’t just a female version of Prince & Knight. It is its own unique, amazing book.
Nice rhymes. Great illustrations. And a magically adorable story. Love love loved this. This is all around a wonderful read. I enjoyed the maiden and princess storyline as well as the suggested respectable timeline for their relationship (I have had it with princesses marrying someone they know for a day). Fantastic read.
