A nice little intro to growing indoor plants. The book goes through the basics such as tools needed, best placement practices, watering techniques, fertilizing, and repotting. It provides information about a variety of houseplants including carnivorous plants, water lilies, cacti, mushrooms, and avocado trees.

There are a few trivia pages throughout the book with fun facts not covered in the main text.

There is also an index at the end for looking up information.

Nicely written. Cute artwork. Most sections include simple, step-by-step instructions along with visuals on how to plant and care for certain plants.

A good place to start for young readers interested in creating their own indoor garden.
