A helpful little guide with easy-to-implement strategies. A nice process to try if the Marie Kondo way isn’t right for you.

Nicely written. Some of the advice does get repetitive after a while. Includes helpful tips for those who get overwhelmed easily and have a hard time starting a decluttering project. Many of the strategies feel particularly relevant to people with ADHD or who are neurodivergent in general.

Not all of White’s advice is right for me, but at the heart of the book are some helpful mindset shifts, particularly the layers of a clean house and the container concept.

Each strategy is only 1 to 3 pages long, which makes the information easily digestible. The text is paired with photographs and illustrations, which also helps break up the information.

Overall, an interesting read with some helpful advice.
