| I read Judy Blume’s book Blubber right before this one, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. This was a nice, lighthearted read after such a heavy text. A very silly book. I have not read any of the other Fudge books, but this one can still be read as a standalone. I really enjoyed the story. It was very humorous and fun to read. I also like how much Peter matured throughout the book. This is a quick, fun read that is easy to follow and understand. Great for young readers. |
