An accessible, informative, and entertaining read. I really enjoyed the visual approach to nonfiction and self help.
The book provides an overview of the modern understanding of ADHD, the diagnosis process, living with ADHD, a helpful glossary of terms, what ADHD can look like, and tips for managing ADHD.
The information is presented in short sections with plenty of engaging visuals. I love that the reader is encouraged to engage with the book the way that works best for them, which could be reading through it all in order or skipping around to sections that are most relevant to them.
The art style is adorable. I found the comic-style presentation helpful in making the book engaging while also presenting relevant information.
A wonderful resource, especially for teens and adults diagnosed with ADHD.
